Modern Love
A cinematic love story is at the center of Rus' piece about David Netto's beautiful home in Los Angeles. Netto, a Los Angeles-based interior designer recently married his childhood love, Elizabeth, who then lived in New York City; while they dated he split time between New York and LA. Rus weaves romantic details into this story about the couple's new West Coast abode, designed by Richard Neutra and furnished with input from Paul Fortune. The short piece is accompanied by color-saturated photographs that detail the designers' efforts to create a home that is "a vision of orthodox modern architecture" but still throughly livable.
